Delivery Coverage: We currently ship across India. International shipping may be arranged in specific cases upon request.

  • Express Delivery: 3–5 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or other external factors beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. RedCloud is not liable for delays or losses caused by incorrect addresses.

6. Order Cancellation

Orders for customized or personalized items cannot be cancelled once production begins.

For regular products, cancellation requests may be accepted only if the order has not yet been shipped.

7. Returns, Replacements & Refunds

We accept return or replacement requests only in the following situations:

  • Wrong item delivered

  • Manufacturing defect

Customers must provide a clear, continuous unboxing video within 24 hours of delivery as proof.

Where possible, replacements will be issued first. Refunds may be processed after verification according to our refund guidelines.

RedCloud will not be responsible for any indirect losses, damages, or inconvenience resulting from the use of our products or website, including delays caused by third-party shipping partners.
