Order Cancellation
We understand that sometimes plans change. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing it.

Once packaging or shipment has started, cancellation may no longer be possible.
Customized or Personalized Products
Orders that include customization or personalization are non-cancellable and non-refundable once confirmed, since production begins specifically for your request.
Customers are advised to review all customization details carefully before completing the purchase.
Shipping Coverage
We currently deliver orders across India. In certain situations, international shipping may be arranged upon request. Any customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges for international deliveries are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Processing Time
Orders are usually prepared and dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Processing time may vary during peak periods, promotional sales, or due to operational factors.
Estimated Delivery Time
Delivery timelines depend on the shipping method selected and your location.

Shipping Partners & Tracking

Customer Responsibility for Address Details
Customers must provide accurate shipping information, including contact number and full address. RedCloud will not be responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided during checkout.
Failed Delivery / Return to Origin (RTO)
If a package is returned to us due to reasons such as:

Customer unavailable at delivery

Incorrect address

Refused delivery

Unreachable contact number

Multiple failed delivery attempts
the order will be marked as Return to Origin (RTO).
In such cases:

Refunds (if requested) will be processed only after the parcel is received back and inspected.

Shipping and handling charges incurred for both forward and return shipment may be deducted from the refund amount.

The final deduction depends on the courier costs associated with that order.
Delayed, Lost, or Damaged Shipments
While we aim to ensure smooth delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to logistics partners or unforeseen circumstances.
If your package arrives damaged, customers must:

Record a clear unboxing video from start to finish.

Report the issue within 24 hours of delivery.
Failure to provide proper proof may affect eligibility for replacement or refund.
If a parcel appears visibly damaged at the time of delivery, customers are advised to refuse acceptance and contact our support team immediately.
